We value your client’s time and efforts. We will work them to create achievable goals that are important to them.
Wheelchair
Evaluations
We collaborate with DME companies during wheelchair evaluations to ensure the client receives the most suitable wheelchair for their needs. We also ensure the wheelchair delivery and fitting meets the desired outcomes of the evaluation.
Team
Meetings
We believe communication and collaboration amongst a client and their team is of utmost importance to their success. Walk The Line will host team meetings that include case managers, medical providers, family and other members of the team.
Prescription Requests
We will communicate with the physician to obtain the necessary prescriptions and any other documents needed.
DME Appointments
We collaborate with our partners to come before, during, or after the client’s therapy and will notify you of upcoming appointments. Our therapists are happy to provide their clinical recommendations for appropriate equipment to promote safety and functionality.
Orthotic Creation & Management
Our Occupational Therapists are able to measure, mold, create and don a splint that meets your client’s needs. We have trusted external orthotic providers that we routinely collaborate with an orthotic is needed for PT or OT that we are unable to provide.
Interdisciplinary Communication
We will regularly communicate with the client’s medical team to ensure high quality and well-rounded care.
